You should receive a call from a Technical Recruiter specializing in the types of positions you are looking for. If qualified, a meeting will be scheduled to go over your background, your job search criteria and a marketing plan will be customized to meet your specific needs.
Never. Your resume will not be distributed anywhere without your prior consent. We will discuss the job description, location, work environment and any applicable information with you before sending your resume to any of our clients.
Yes. We offer affordable pretaxed Blue Cross and Blue Shield Healthcare Health, Dental, and Prescription Insurance for individuals and family, Life Insurance, Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, Weekly Direct Deposit, Referral Incentives, and more. Precision Resources can offer a benefits plan to all W2 employees that meet eligibility requirements. Speak with a recruiter for more details.
Weekly. If your approved time sheet is received by noon CST Monday, you will receive a check Friday of that same week!
As a W2 contractor, Precision Resources would take care of all your payroll deductions for you. If you are an Independent Contractor, you will be responsible for your own payroll deductions. Precision Resources has a rigid Independent Contractor qualification process that each Independent Contractor must complete in order to qualify for this status.
Precision Resources is your employer. We provide weekly paychecks and benefits to our W2 Contractors. If you have concerns about your assignment contact us for assistance.
The length of time varies greatly depending on your skills and current market conditions. After meeting with Precision Resources and evaluating your skills and needs, the process can be very fast. Specialized skills, location preference, requirements, rates and the market can extend this period of time.
We are very accustomed to handling your situation in a very discrete manner. We will discuss with you, at our initial meeting, what the best means of on-going communication will be. A unique marketing plan will then be set specific to those needs and requirements.
